been playing with different times,temperatures, – lots of fun – interesting results.  Working with a 3-5 bar preinfusion - 6-10 sec time.  Can just see the espresso peeking through the bottom of the portafilter before engaging the pump.  Been ending the shot with no pump pressure – very smooth results -
